rate is $349 per
night. A limited
number of rooms have
been reserved for
meeting registrants
and are available on
a first-come,
first-served basis.
Attendees are
encouraged to
register and make
reservations as soon
as possible.

and complete the
registration form.
Please

form and either:
- MAIL registration to Meeting Expectations: Checks (payable to the
Dermatology
Foundation) and credit cards are accepted by mail.
- FAX registration to Meeting Expectations: Please include credit card information
if
registering via fax.
Symposia registration will be confirmed by Meeting Expectations; hotel reservations will be confirmed by The Ritz-Carlton.
